Hello! I hope you had a lovely weekend and a great Mother's Day if you celebrated. It turned out to be a beautiful day yesterday here in Ohio so Mother's Day was all about yard work for me. Grateful it was in the sun!
Here is this week's round up of inspiration to start your week off on the right foot.
I will start with a grand entrance. The bench and painting are beautiful on their own and that beauty is elevated substantially by the shadows and arches and artwork that you see everywhere you look. Layers are indeed lovely.
These next two living rooms are cheery, welcoming, and colorful. I am really advocating for pink lately - a little or a lot - pink is my go to color right now!
Some stunning kitchen details.....
This copper range hood is sweet.
This ceiling is amazing. A plethora of beams looks great on a flat ceiling too, by the way.
The expression "good things come in small packages" is personified by this kitchen. Everything you need, attractive, and petite (just like me lol! jk).
A couple of Food For Thought posts ago I was posing the question would you rather have shelving that ran in front of windows or along the wall in your kitchen? This shelf makes me vote for the window shelves! This is charming.
File this under great ideas - a folding cupboard with cutouts to camouflage the washer and dryer. A delightful detail. The sconce in this laundry room is gorgeous too.
I love this sink with the dark walls. Love.
More pink! And what a great place for a sophisticated picnic!
Enjoy your day. I will see you tomorrow with an Inspiration For My Renovation post.
Thank you for starting the week off with me,
