Mini Post: Comfort Food Friday
Hello and Happy Christmas Eve. Today I have a mini recipe for you to perhaps add something festive that is red and green to your holiday dinner plate. It is cooked tomatoes filled with peas. My mother made beef tenderloin for my family's Christmas dinner every year and would often have this tomatoes and peas recipe as the vegetable. It gives a nod to the colors of the season and is very easy to prepare.
